Anclote proved they can win big on Friday (they won by three) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the Hudson Cobras 1-0. Anclote's winning goal came courtesy of Maddison Leiper.

Anclote's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-6. The road victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those three matches. As for Hudson, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-11-2.

Anclote has already played their next matchup, a 2-2 draw against Tarpon Springs on the 15th. As for Hudson, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Gulf on the 20th.
