Softball Recap: Cedarville Takes a Loss

Cedarville managed to slip by Lamar the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Pirates lost 15-0 to the Warriors on Friday. The Pirates were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Warriors apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2018.

Cedarville's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Lamar, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-5.

Coming up, Cedarville will challenge Westside at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lamar, they will take on Mayflower at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Eagles will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something the Warriors surely won't give up without a fight.
