Basketball Recap: Hockinson's Win Ends 16-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hockinson). They blew past the Hudson's Bay Eagles, posting a 57-11 victory. The win was some much needed relief for the Hawks as it spelled an end to their six-game losing streak.

Hockinson's victory ended a 16-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-12. As for Hudson's Bay, they dropped their record down to 0-14 with the loss, which was their seventh straight at home.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hockinson will venture away from home to challenge Woodland at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hudson's Bay, they will head out on the road to take on Washougal at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
