Ignacio saw some tournament action on Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Calhan Bulldogs 69-27. The Bobcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matches by 36 points or more this season.

Ignacio now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Calhan, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Ignacio Bobcats take on the Tohatchi Cougars at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday. Tohatchi is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 61.3 points per game this season. As for Calhan, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Limon at 7:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
