Volleyball Recap: Carroll County Takes a Loss

Carroll County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Gallatin County Wildcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 on September 2nd.

Carroll County's defeat dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Gallatin County, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 5-10 record.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Carroll County will take on rival Owen County at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Gallatin County is set to face off against their familiar foe Henry County at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
