Prater Came Up Big in Dupo's  47-26  Victory
 Starting off the list is Dupo's  Deegan Prater, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Prater threw for 208 yards and three touchdowns, and also rushed for 63 yards and a touchdown on only five carries.
 Dupo's victory was  their fourth straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 5-3. Prater and Dupo will square off against Nashville at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.

Zain Al-Jassim Delivers Best  Effort of Season
 Chester was led to victory by  Zain Al-Jassim, who turned in his biggest game of the season  on Friday. Al-Jassim threw for 265 yards and three touchdowns while completing 91.7% of his passes, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground, good enough to  also set a new career-high in  rushing yards in the process.
 The  victory for Chester keeps them at an undefeated 8-0. Al-Jassim and Chester will host Waterloo  at 12:00  p.m.  on Saturday.

Kolton Jany and Co. Win Eighth in a Row
 Chester picked up their eighth consecutive win   on Friday thanks in part to  Kolton Jany. Jany was dynamite, rushing for 63 yards and a touchdown, while also picking up 75 receiving yards. He showed off some serious burst, cutting upfield on a catch for 55 yards.
 For the year,  Jany  has caught 2 touchdowns while averaging 41.4 receiving yards per game. It gets even more impressive:  after eight games last season,  he had three  rushing touchdowns. This year he is already up to eight.

Chester Wins Eighth-Straight Thanks to  Devante Palacio
  Devante Palacio's big game helped extend Chester's winning streak to eight on Friday. Palacio did his part (and then some), making four total tackles for the 'W'. He showed off some serious burst, lighting up the secondary with a catch for 56 yards.

A Season-Best  Performance from  Luke Ellis Leads Dupo over Sparta/Steeleville
 Dupo was led to victory by  Luke Ellis, who turned in his biggest game of the season  on Friday. Ellis rushed for 116 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 carries.
 This year,  Ellis  has run in 6 touchdowns while averaging 77.1 rushing yards per game. He's  made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year,  he was only averaging three  rushing yards per game.
