Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Meigs County walked away with it. They took their contest on Friday with ease, bagging a 49-19 victory over the Sequatchie County Indians. Winning may never get old, but the Tigers sure are getting used to it with their tenth in a row.

Meigs County's record is now 11-1. As for Sequatchie County, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-4.

Looking ahead, Meigs County will challenge Gatlinburg-Pittman at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers will need to watch out since the Highlanders have now posted at least 31 points in their last nine games. Sequatchie County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
