Football Recap: South Tahoe Takes a Loss + How To Watch

If South Tahoe was feeling good fresh off their 41-0 takedown of Wooster last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Vikings were dealt a 44-0 loss at the hands of the Churchill County Greenwave on Friday. The Vikings haven't had much luck with the Greenwave recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Even if they lost, South Tahoe's defensive line still kept up the pressure with five sacks. In that department, Logan Kelso was the leader with two.

Calin Anderson went supernova For Churchill County., picking up 125 receiving yards and two TDs. Anderson got the majority of those receiving yards when he pulled down a pass and took off for a gain of 75 yards. Wyatt Peek was in the mix as well, providing Churchill County with two touchdowns.

Having lost for the first time this season, South Tahoe fell to 2-1. As for Churchill County, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.
