Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Madison). They really took it to the Rosman Tigers for the full four quarters, racking up a 59-28 win. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Patriots considering their 23-point performance the contest before.

Madison's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Kylee Ball led the charge by going 6 for 9 on her way to 14 points and six rebounds. What's more, Ball also posted a 67% shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's posted since back in January of 2024. Another player making a difference was Paige Peek, who went 5 of 7 to rack up 15 points.

Madison was working as a unit and finished the game with 15 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

When it comes to explaining why Rosman lost on Wednesday, don't look at Marlee Carnathan. Despite the final result, she posted ten points and five boards.

Madison has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-14 record this season. A key ingredient in that success has been their performance when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy: their three-point shooting accuracy was 37.5% in those games and 28.9% outside of them. As for Rosman, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-14.

Madison didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 60-31 loss against Mountain Heritage on the 7th. As for Rosman, they have also already played their next contest, a 57-19 defeat against Mitchell on the 7th.
