Softball Recap: Ayden - Grifton Chargers vs. North Pitt Panthers
Ayden - Grifton won the last time they faced North Pitt and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Chargers blew past the Panthers 15-5. Considering the Chargers have won four games by more than nine runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.
Kenlie Guthrie made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 1-for-3. Those two stolen bases gave her a new career-high.
