Softball Recap: Caledonia-Mumford Raiders vs. Warsaw Tigers

Caledonia-Mumford stacked a ninth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Wednesday. They blew past the Warsaw Tigers 19-4. That's more bragging rights for Caledonia-Mumford, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Emma Years was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She tossed six innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off six hits. Years has been consistent recently: she hasn't pitched less than six innings in six consecutive pitching appearances. Years was also stellar in the batter's box, getting on base in all five of her plate appearances with four RBI.

In other batting news, Isabella Cochran was incredible, going 3-for-4 with four runs, three doubles, and an RBI. Meghan Ward was another key contributor, scoring three runs and stealing a base while getting on base in four of her five plate appearances.
