Volleyball Recap: Three Straight Road Wins for Glenwood

Glenwood won the last time they faced Smiths Station and things went their way on Thursday too. The Gators walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Panthers.

Glenwood not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Smiths Station between 16 and 18 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-16.

Glenwood's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 20-17. As for Smiths Station, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season.

Coincidentally, Glenwood and Smiths Station will both be playing Harris County the next time they take the court. The Gators will head out to face the Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Panthers will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
