Basketball Recap: Prince Edward County Takes a Loss

Prince Edward County lost against Cumberland last Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Prince Edward County Eagles fell to the Cumberland Dukes 54-50. The Eagles just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Prince Edward County now has a losing record at 9-10. As for Cumberland, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-6.

Prince Edward County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Cumberland, they will face off against Surry County at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Cumberland is facing Surry County at the right time seeing as Surry County is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
