Brady Guzzie turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than two earned runs surrendered on Thursday. He didn't allow a single earned run over six innings pitched. He was up against Devon Prep and has quite the history against that squad, as he also had a great game the last time he faced them back in April of 2024. Guzzie also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Conwell-Egan Catholic is 4-2 when he allows at most one earned run, but 1-4 otherwise.

Coming up, Guzzie and Conwell-Egan Catholic will be playing at home against La Salle College at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Eagles had to take a loss when they last met the Explorers, but Guzzie had little to do with the loss: he went 2-for-3 with one run. Can he match (or beat) that performance?
