The victory was a breath of fresh air for Merit Preparatory Academy as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.
Merit Preparatory Academy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Lizbeth Diaz, who scored 26 points.
