Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask La Grange). They claimed a resounding 91-8 win over the Smithville Tigers. With the Leopards ahead 42-3 at the half, the match was all but over already.

Leading La Grange to victory were Brandon Mathis and Cordale Knapik. Mathis dropped a double-double on 18 points and 12 boards, while Knapik went 7 of 10 en route to 16 points along with seven steals and five assists. Mathis is also on a roll when it comes to blocks, as he's now posted two or more in the last five games he's played. Cole Collier was another key player, going 5 for 11 on his way to 15 points and five steals.

La Grange smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 33 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've posted since back in February of 2024.
