Pahrump Valley won the last time they faced Valley and things went their way on Saturday too. The Trojans came out on top against the Vikings by a score of 2-0. The victory was some much needed relief for the Trojans as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Their offense was headlined by Xe'Ane Kamanu and Heavenly Ware, who picked up seven kills apiece. They got some help from Nala Dalton and her 15 assists. Sedona Norton controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Pahrump Valley's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Valley, they are on a 19-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Pahrump Valley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Bonanza on the 16th. As for Valley, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Sports Leadership & Management on the 16th.
