Holy Cross had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.2 goals) and they went ahead and made it six on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Blue Ridge Raiders as they made off with a 7-1 victory. Jamie Prislupski was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

Holy Cross' win bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Blue Ridge, their loss ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-9.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Holy Cross is set to face off against their familiar foe Montrose at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Blue Ridge will challenge rival Riverside at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
