Recap: Windsor Owls vs. Central Rebels
The Windsor Owls pushed their score all the way to 67 on Saturday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a hard 81-67 fall against Central. Windsor has struggled against Central recently, as their matchup on Saturday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Central's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Caden Casey, who went 6 for 11 from beyond the arc en route to 30 points and 1 assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Jobe Bryant, who scored 22 points along with 9 assists and 5 rebounds.
Windsor's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Central, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Windsor will take on Festus at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Central, they will be playing at home against Notre Dame at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
