Soccer Recap: New Manchester Takes a Loss

New Manchester was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss. They came up short against the Paulding County Patriots, falling 10-0. While losing is never fun, New Manchester can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 427th, while Paulding County are ranked 111th).

New Manchester's defeat dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Paulding County, they pushed their record up to 14-4 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

New Manchester does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Paulding County, they will head out to challenge South Gwinnett at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. South Gwinnett's defense has only allowed 0.4 goals per game this season, so Paulding County's offense will have their work cut out for them.
