Preview: Bison Cardinals vs. Dupree Tigers
The Bison Cardinals will look to defend their home court on Monday against the Dupree Tigers at 7:00 p.m.
On Saturday, things could have been worse for Bison, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 52-36 loss to Grant County co-op [Carson/Elgin-New Leipzig/Mott-Regent].
Despite the loss, Bison got a solid performance out of Rylee Veal, who scored 16 points along with two steals. That was a full 44.4% of Bison's points, marking the eighth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Kyle Stadler, who scored ten points along with two steals.
Meanwhile, it was close, but two weeks ago Dupree sidestepped Harding County for a 54-52 win.
Bison's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Dupree, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-3.
