Volleyball Recap: Sierra Vista Takes a Loss

Sierra Vista came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Wilson Wildcats, falling 3-0. If the Dons were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Wildcats when the teams met back in August of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-15, 25-19.

Sierra Vista's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Wilson, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Sierra Vista is taking a road trip to square off against Ontario at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wilson, they will be playing at home against St. Lucy's at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
