FBCHA and Red River squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but FBCHA had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Rattlers by a score of 2-1. The Eagles' defeat signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

Despite the loss, FBCHA had strong showings from Victoria Shupe, who had 13 digs and three assists, and Lauriana Chuong, who had eight digs.

FBCHA's defeat dropped their record down to 37-7. As for Red River, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-2.

FBCHA didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against San Antonio Patriots HomeSchool on the 18th. Red River does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
