Tanner and Clements are an even 5-5 against one another since November of 2019, but not for long. The Rattlers will face off against the Colts at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

On Tuesday, Tanner ended up a good deal behind Whitesburg Christian Academy and lost 48-34. The Rattlers have struggled against the Warriors recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Madalyn Washco, who almost dropped a double-double with nine points and nine rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Alexi Douglas, who posted seven points in addition to ten boards and three steals.

Meanwhile, Clements strolled past Phil Campbell with points to spare on Monday, taking the game 59-45.

Clements has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.4 points over those games. As for Tanner, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Tanner was dealt a bruising 64-28 defeat at the hands of Clements in their previous matchup back in January. Can the Rattlers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
