Volleyball Recap: Silas Comes Up Short

Silas lost against Gig Harbor back in October and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Rams took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tides.

Silas' offense was headlined by Morgan Stevens and Talynn Howard, who picked up eight kills apiece. They got some help from Madisin Nall and her 26 assists. Ainsley Michaelson controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Silas now has a losing record of 11-12. As for Gig Harbor, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Silas nor Gig Harbor have any future games scheduled.
