Softball Recap: Voorheesville Blackbirds vs. Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Ravens

Voorheesville had lost three straight on the road, but on Thursday they dropped down to 6-13 to make it four. They lost 8-1 to the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Ravens. That's two games in a row now that the Blackbirds have lost by exactly seven runs.

Voorheesville saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Skylar Schmidt, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one run. Madi Bourdeau also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.
