Soccer Recap: Kimberly Takes a Loss

Kimberly was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 6-1 to the Sun Valley Community Cutthroats. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Kimberly were already down 4-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Wyatt Newlan, who's now up to three this season.

Kimberly's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4-1. As for Sun Valley Community, the win keeps them at an undefeated 3-0-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Kimberly will take on rival Gooding at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Sun Valley Community is set to square off against their familiar foe Wendell at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
