Garrett Byrd turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than one earned runs surrendered on Friday. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over six innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Chiefland is 4-2 when he allows at most one earned run, but 4-6 otherwise.
