Baseball Recap: Rudyard Takes a Loss

Rudyard fell victim to Gaylord and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Blue Devils. Having soared to a lofty 12 runs in the game before, the Bulldogs' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Rudyard's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Gaylord, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-1.

Looking ahead, Rudyard will face off against Johannesburg-Lewiston at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Gaylord, they will take on Boyne City at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
