Football Recap: Barberton Takes a Loss

Barberton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were dealt a 35-0 defeat at the hands of the Aurora Greenmen. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Magics of the 53-3 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Barberton didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Noah Wright and Angelo Gotto.

Barberton's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Aurora, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-4.

As of now, neither Barberton nor the Greenmen have any future games scheduled.
