Basketball Recap: Gurdon Finds Home Court Redemption Against Nevada

There's no place like home for Gurdon, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 61-37 margin over the Nevada Blue Jays on Thursday. This was payback for the Go-Devils, who suffered a 45-40 defeat the last time these two teams met.

The win got Gurdon back to even at 1-1. As for Nevada, they dropped their record down to 1-5 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, Gurdon will challenge Bauxite at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Nevada, they will head out to challenge Spring Hill at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
