Soccer Recap: Davidson Takes a Loss

If Davidson was riding high fresh off their 8-0 takedown of Mary G. Montgomery on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Warriors lost 5-0 to the Florence Falcons on Thursday. The shutout was out of character for Davidson seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in February.

Davidson's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4-2. As for Florence, their victory bumped their record up to 13-0.

Coincidentally, Davidson and Florence will both be playing Christian Brothers the next time they take the pitch. The Warriors will head out to face the Purple Wave at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Falcons will head out to face them at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
