Basketball Recap: Pensacola Catholic Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Pensacola Catholic was the 59-55 winner over Rocky Bayou Christian when they last played one another two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. The Crusaders fell 50-46 to the Knights on Tuesday. The game marked the Crusaders' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Rocky Bayou Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Calix McCune, who posted 14 points and seven rebounds. McCune is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 45% in the last five games he's played. Another player making a difference was Harrison Sanders, who shot 44% from the field on his way to 17 points and eight boards.

Pensacola Catholic now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Rocky Bayou Christian, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 6-1.

Looking ahead, Pensacola Catholic and Pace will face off at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday without much rest, having both just played. As for Rocky Bayou Christian, they will welcome L.E.A.D. Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Knights will be up against the Lions' rather soft defense (which has allowed 54.5 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
