Annawan posted their closest win since October 1st on Monday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Galva Wildcats, sneaking past 2-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in September.

In the two sets Annawan was on fire: they won each by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 19-25, 25-14, 25-11.

The victory made it two in a row for Annawan and bumps their season record up to 9-19-1. As for Galva, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-19.

Annawan has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Ridgewood [AlWood/Cambridge] on the 22nd. As for Galva, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Abingdon/Avon on the 22nd.
