Soccer Recap: Centaurus vs. Monarch
On Thursday, the Centaurus Warriors beat the Monarch Coyotes 4-2. Even though the Warriors got in a bit of trouble with the refs ( Chris Robles was handed a red card), the team managed to overcome the adversity.
Centaurus hit Monarch with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from
Maycol Martinez,
Liam Dols,
Eric Murillo, and Murillo.
Centaurus now has a winning record of 4-3-1. As for Monarch, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-4.
Centaurus will square off against Holy Family at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Monarch, they will challenge Chatfield at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
