Basketball Recap: Duchesne Comes Up Short

After flying high against Bishop DuBourg last Thursday, Duchesne came back down to earth. The Duchesne Pioneers fell 52-42 to the St. Charles West Warriors on Wednesday. The Pioneers have struggled against the Warriors recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Duchesne's loss dropped their record down to 13-5. As for St. Charles West, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 11-3.

Duchesne has already played their next matchup, a 41-38 win against St. Francis Borgia on the 30th. As for St. Charles West, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 47-32 victory against Fort Zumwalt East on the 31st.
