Basketball Recap: Carlmont Gets the Win

Carlmont's tournament run continued when they took on California on Friday. The Scots managed a 66-62 victory over the Grizzlies.

Despite the loss, California still got an impressive performance from Brayde Kuykendall, who posted 29 points. The matchup was Kuykendall's third in a row with at least 16 points. Another player making a difference was Jaiden Jones, who put up 14 points.

Carlmont's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for California, they now also have a losing record of 1-2.
