Basketball Game Preview: Rector Cougars vs. Manila Lions

A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Cougars challenge the Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Rector has struggled recently with three defeats in a row, while Manila will arrive with ten straight victories.

Meanwhile, Manila blew past Osceola, posting a 68-22 win. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 15 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Manila pushed their record up to 21-5 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 42 points. As for Rector, their loss dropped their record down to 11-11.
