Softball Recap: Granite Bay Comes Up Short

Granite Bay and Whitney squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Granite Bay had to settle for second. They came up short against the Wildcats, falling 11-0. The Grizzlies have struggled against the Wildcats recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meeting.

Granite Bay's loss dropped their record down to 9-13-1. As for Whitney, they have been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 14 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-9 record this season.

As of now, neither Granite Bay nor Whitney have any future games scheduled.
