Parkway West won the last time they faced Lutheran South and things went their way on Saturday too. The Longhorns walked away with a 2-0 win over the Lancers. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Longhorns as it put an end to their three-match losing streak.

Their offense was headlined by Katie Byergo and Grace Garetson, who picked up eight kills apiece. They got some help from Elle Lanfersieck and her 22 assists. Sophie Gansen controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Parkway West's win bumped their record up to 13-5-1. As for Lutheran South, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-13.
