It was a good run, but Salesian unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Thursday. They took a 52-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wilson Mules. The contest marked the Mustangs' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Salesian's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Wilson, their win bumped their record up to 5-2.

Salesian will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Rialto on the 26th. As for Wilson, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Lincoln at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Mules surely won't give up without a fight.
