Softball Recap: Edison Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Edison's offense. They came up short against the Minneapolis Southwest Lakers on Tuesday, falling 10-0. The loss continues a trend for the Tommies in their meetings with the Lakers: they've now lost eight in a row.

Edison's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Minneapolis Southwest, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-9.

Edison has already played their next match, a 16-0 loss against Roosevelt on the 14th. As for Minneapolis Southwest, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 6-3 defeat against DeLaSalle on the 13th.
