Softball Recap: Annapolis Comes Up Short

Annapolis fell victim to Divine Child and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They came up short against the Falcons, falling 15-0. The game marked the first time this season in which the Cougars were not able to get on the board.

Annapolis is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-7. As for Divine Child, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-8.

Annapolis does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Divine Child, they will welcome Walled Lake Northern at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Knights' pitching crew has only allowed 2.8 runs per game this season, so the Falcons' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
