Softball Recap: South Garland Comes Up Short

South Garland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat. They lost 19-0 to the Sachse Mustangs. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Titans' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

South Garland's loss dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Sachse, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-9 record this season.

Coincidentally, South Garland and Sachse will both be playing Naaman Forest the next time they take the field. The Mustangs will host the Rangers at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Titans will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
