Baseball Recap: Bradford Takes a Loss

Bradford extended their losing streak to three on Tuesday, dropping them down to 5-5. They came up short against the Abundant Life Owls, falling 12-4. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Eagles of the 14-6 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2023.

Bradford saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ben Whitener, who went 2-for-4 with one double.

As for Abundant Life, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-4. The result was nothing new for the Owls, who have now won four games by seven runs or more so far this season.

On Abundant Life's side, Joshua Tice was incredible, going 2-for-5 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. That's the most RBI Tice has posted since back in February. Another player making a difference was Noah Thomas, who went 3-for-4 with two RBI and one run.

Looking ahead, Bradford will face off against Clarendon at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Abundant Life, they will take on Maumelle Charter at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
