Basketball Recap: Eastern Takes a Loss

Eastern lost against Christian Academy-Louisville back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Eastern Eagles fell 63-51 to the Christian Academy-Louisville Centurions.

Eastern has also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-14 record this season. As for Christian Academy-Louisville, they pushed their record up to 7-17 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Eastern will take on Nelson County at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Nelson County's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last six matches. As for Christian Academy-Louisville, they will square off against Collins at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
