Basketball Recap: Alisal Trojans vs. Pacific Grove Breakers
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Palma, Alisal was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They walked away with an 80-69 win over the Pacific Grove Breakers. This was payback for the Trojans, who suffered a 79-71 loss the last time these two teams met.
Alisal had a senior duo take command as Misael Palafox dropped a triple-double on 34 points, 14 rebounds, and ten assists and Kike Jacinto dropped a triple-double on 21 points, 14 boards, and 14 assists. That makes it four consecutive games in which Palafox has scored at least a third of Alisal's points. Christian Lopez was another key player, putting up eight points and ten rebounds.
