Football Game Preview: Baker Gators vs. Freeport Bulldogs

Two dominant signal callers in Justice Baldwin and Carter Nunes are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Baker Gators will be playing in front of their home fans against the Freeport Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Baker is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Baker is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They blew past Zion Chapel 49-6 on Friday. The Gators might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matchups by 24 points or more this season.

Calvin Wilks III was a one-man wrecking crew as he rushed for 55 yards and two scores on only five carries.

Meanwhile, Freeport played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They took a blow against South Walton, falling 50-9. The contest marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Baker's victory bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Freeport, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-2.
