Pace proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by seven) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the West Florida Jaguars, sneaking past 6-5. The Patriots haven't had any issues with the Jaguars recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.
Zoe Freeman spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and two unearned) runs on seven hits and racked up seven Ks.
At the plate, the team relied heavily on Kamryn Pierce, who went 2-for-3 with one home run and three RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in April of 2025. The team also got some help courtesy of Hannah Isham, who went 3-for-5 with two stolen bases and three runs.
