Basketball Game Preview: American Leadership Academy Eagles vs. Waterford Ravens

It'll be a Battle of the Birds when the Eagles take on the Ravens at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in American Leadership Academy's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last ten matchups.

American Leadership Academy is headed into the contest after thoroughly thrashing Waterford: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that American Leadership Academy blew Waterford out of the water with a 73-43 final score. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 games by 20 points or more this season.

Defeat or not, Waterford got some senior leadership from Carter Nielson and Preston Jenkins. American Leadership Academy's victory was their tenth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 19-4. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 39.4 points. As for Waterford, the win got them back to even at 10-10.
